Sam Dubose (1971-2015) was an unarmed Black American man who was shot dead by police in Cincinnati, Ohio after a Routine Traffic Stop.
At 6.30pm on July 19th 2015 at Rice and Valencia streets near the University of Cincinnati (UC), Dubose was stopped by Ray Tensing, a White, UC police officer.
According to the police report:
“Officer Tensing stated that he almost was run over by the driver of the Honda Accord and was forced to shoot the driver.”
Officer Phillip Kidd said he saw the car drag Tensing and saw Tensing fire his gun.
Officer Eric Weibel said it appeared to him that:
“the back of [Tensing’s] pants and shirt looked as if it had been dragged over a rough surface.”
Dubose was stopped for a missing number plate on the front of his car. There was one on the back.
Audrey Dubose, his mother, said of his past encounters with police
“He got stopped a lot, but he never tried to fight.”
She prayed to God for the truth to come out – and hired Mark O’Mara, George Zimmerman’s old lawyer.
The Associated Press went to court under Ohio’s open records law to try to get Tensing’s body-camera video.
There were street protests.
But the city feared riots if it made the video public – like the ones in 2001 after city police killed Timothy Thomas, also Black, also unarmed.
Within just ten days, Joe Deters, the county prosecutor, got a grand jury to charge Tensing with murder and had him arrested. Only then did he make the video public, on July 29th:
The video shows Tensing repeatedly asking Dubose for his driver’s licence. Dubose is sitting in his car looking for it.
Then Tensing, telling Dubose to take off his safety belt, tries to open the car door! Dubose tries to keep the car door closed and starts his engine.
Tensing reaches into the car and tells him, “Stop!” – and then shoots him in the face (fuzzed out in the video).
Tensing is not being dragged or run over. Nothing like that. Instead, he falls backwards as the car speeds away and crashes down the street.
In talking about the murder charge, Deters used words and phrases like:
“a pretty chicken-crap stop”,
“senseless, asinine”,
“He should have never been a police officer.”
“This doesn’t happen in the United States, okay?”
“I’m treating him like a murderer.”
and even:
“Could you imagine the outrage you would have if this was your kid, if this was your brother, over a stop like this?”
Amazing stuff, coming from a White district attorney.
Nor is Tensing enjoying paid leave, the customary reward for killing unarmed Black people: UC fired him!
But what if there had been no bodycam video? Or what if Tensing had been a city cop, not some wannabe UC cop playing Rambo off campus?
In the US in 2015 so far, police have killed over 550 people.
This is only the fourth time anyone has been charged with a crime.
– Abagond, 2015.
Update (November 14th 2016): The trial ended in a hung jury. Joe Deters, the county prosecutor, thought he had proved it was murder, but had persuaded only three of the 12 jurors. The jury was made up of two Blacks and ten Whites. At the time of the killing it turns out that Officer Tensing was wearing a T-shirt under his uniform that had a Confederate flag:
Deters will make a decision about a possible retrial, probably on lesser charges, by the end of the month.

What kills me, is Tensing’s lawyer saying there’s different video that corroborates Tensing’s version of events. Having viewed the currently available footage I can’t see how. But since we live in a land of smoke and mirrors I’m sure his lawyer will come up with something. Here’s another incident where a minor traffic stop has ended someone’s life. Sam Dubois was right around the corner from his house. Sad…

I’m waiting for the white racists to make an excuse for this murder. You know they will STILL make up something.
And as usual, the racist white people will bring up his many children and run ins with the law. despite the irrelevance, they will use it as justification for his murder.
I would so do that to a white person, if they have said this about any black person…
White person’s child gets beat up or shot by a cop or even killed….I’d say…but your child had a run in with the law, when they were a teenager!
The look in their face would be priceless! ^_^

I still think that black Americans should unite like the American Chinese and come up with solutions for this; make it even harder for these misguided cops to get away with this. When you finally unite invest your money in tourism here in Africa. Come over to Kenya and stay a few months just to breathe from all this brutality and insanity; we see what they are doing to you and we are losing respect for them every single day. When the British came over here and started telling how ‘superior’ they were, we showed them just how human they were and drove them out. You are being mistreated because you dared challenge ‘white supremacy’.

Of course African Americans should unite but what about the African Americans who make a living based upon keeping African Americans from uniting? I know in Kenya they had the “Mau Mau” that what F.B.I director Hoover feared would happen here. That is to eliminate and kill all the agents, African Americans who are spying, disrupting and sabotaging our efforts to unite. Every since then the F.B.I has been doing just that including other African Americans. They are doing it online as well as offline, disrupting any efforts to unite.
This is what goes on here besides the obvious racism its racism by the brainwashed African Americans.

I know Africans care about African Americans that’s what Pan Africanism has developed over the century. We are a global civilization that is old and ancient. What most of us don’t understand however, we are in a spiritual war, not just in the USA but in Africa and the rest of Diaspora. There are evil Blackmen and women working in the Illuminati, they are blinded, they believe what they are doing is right, they are utterly evil. They are involved in all sorts of witchcraft, child sacrifice, espionage against African American groups, these Blackmen and women are fighting against us in behalf of White Supremacy. They will disrupt any invest in Africa by African Americans. Do you remember the Honorable Marcus Garvey? Well Mr. Garvey pushed for what you are speaking of, African Americans investing in Africa. Mr. Garvey was attacked by the well to do house Negroes of his day. They called Mr. Garvey a lunatic and a traitor. Because these evil Blackmen and women, whom still exist, believe any African Americans leaving America are deserting. They believe we have a stake in America, crazy as it may seem, they believe this wholeheartedly. They are willing to do any evil to keep the Black Nationalists from establishing root, obtaining legitimacy, and they get paid extremely well to keep up the front that America is for African Americans. I understand now what the Kenyans back in the day sought with their Mau Mau, that was to get rid of the traitors first then expelling of the British would come naturally. This is the same tactic Mao Tse Tung used when he got rid of the treacherous Qing, who ran over into Taiwan after losing to Mao. I’m not advocating violence as the approach but African Americans must realize that in the pursuit of Black Nationalism and Pan Africanism will spark hatred response from the traitors amongst. They will attack any Black leader the same way they attacked Dr. Umar Johnson with the Conscious Stripper sent to lure him into an illicit affair to destroy his character. This plot is deep, we must not be deceived this is a spiritual war.

“White Supremacy” ideology is a house of cards that has its foundations set on ill gotten power and the inferiority complex of the oppressed; it is collapsing all over the world. I challenge it everywhere I find it and will never bow down to another human being because of skin color whether he is black or white. I told that to Jared Taylor the QUACK who thinks his big head makes him more worthy than me (what a pile of nonsense;stinks to high heaven). I read books written by the people who established white supremacy and also books by those who opposed them and they show me that white supremacy was created by us and it can be destroyed by us. Nothing lasts forever; just like the Persian empire that stretched from Sudan to Asia collapsed, so will the ideology of ‘white supremacy’. Here we know that the idea that white people are more than human is the biggest lie since baked bread.

They’re so effortlessly racist it’s amazing. AllLivesmatter is another example. It was created as a passive-aggressive racist “correction” of BlackLivesMatter. If I went into a discussion about the Lion, Cecil, that the American killed and started saying that AllAnimalsMatter, including pigs and chickens, what would I really be implying? I’d be saying that the Lion isn’t important at all. AllLivesMatter, as a response to BLM, is an affirmation from a racist society that black lives DON’T matter.
What would the response be if black people tried to talk about ALL children when white people were mourning the Sandy Hook victims? IIRC, when a Thai restaurant owner said he “didn’t care” about the Sandy Hook victims because nobody cares when minority children were killed he got death threats! Yet whites paint themselves as holier-than-thou while they gleefully derail protests with words meant to destroy the entire point.
You could negate any cause by claiming that everything matters. Why raise money to cure breast cancer don’t ALL cancers matter? Nobody says that though. So why is this tactic used against black people? Racism. Racists (which means virtually all white people) and confused black peole are the only ones who don’t get this.
So yeah, back to your point, they’ll paint the black victim in the worst possible light all the time. Yet if that was being done to white victims you can be sure whites would notice it. Even white mass murderers get a more sympathetic portrayal in the media than many black victims.
Anyway, I believe they are coming down hard on this cop to prevent violence and destruction of property in that city. This is why the willingness to be violent is sometimes necessary. It gives you a certain credibility in the only way that white people care about: how you can hurt them.
Notice that they didn’t release the video until the cop was charged. It was a cold-blooded murder over a really trivial traffic stop. IMO, they were fearing volality if the facts came out and there wasn’t strong condemnation of what happened.

Mao Tse Tung defeated the Nationalists.
The Nationalists were a loose bunch of the Mongolians. In Chinese history the Qing were from the North, they were Mongolians, the Ming, who were overthrown by the Qing, were from the South. The Ming were called Hans. They are the group ruling China now. China flourished under the Ming, they were a just society, although they had their flaws. But the Qing were corrupt and Chinese people suffered under their rule. The Qing hated the Hans and allowed the Europeans to persecute the people at large. This lead to their downfall, although some Qing were loyal to the people. But the Americans came into the picture and started the Nationalists, a loose bunch of Qings. I didn’t need to break that one down but you gave me no choice. I assumed most people know there were only two major groups fighting for supremacy in China, Ming aka Hans v.s Qing aka Mongolians. Ghenis Khan was Mongolian aka Qing. Mongolia is considered a territory of China although a completely different country. The Mongolian used to invade the Hans, the south of China all throughout history, which is why the Great Wall was created in the first place. But I thought someone disagreeing with me would know this.
My main point probably lost in this foolish side track was that African Americans are a divided group. Theres nothing wrong with families going through divorce. Because of you have a husband who is beating his wife, abusing her, and cheats on her, the wife has a right to divorce him. The same can be said for the husband if he is experiencing evil in the marriage, he has a right to divorce. Black people have not only experienced evil from Whites in American society but also from other Blacks. Every Black leader we’ve had that promoted Black Nationalism and Pan Africanism has been attacked, had his or her character assassinated or physically assassinated by Blacks who believe Black Nationalism and Pan Africanism hurts their progress. Everyone knows Dr. W.E.B Dubois and the Boule attacked the Honorable Marcus Garvey, and they were responsible for his false imprisonment and his eventual poisoning in prison which lead to his early death after exile. I can give countless examples of this violent division that exists in the African American community. This isn’t just the White man involved in these attacks upon Black Nationalists and Pan Africanists but Blacks as well.
We are fighting a spiritual war and it can’t be solved easily by sweeping the truth under the rug. For White Supremacy is a religion and many Blacks, those with limited beliefs, don’t believe we can defeat it. So they in turn, join up with White Supremacy and fight against us in behalf of our enemies. And the bizarre thing is that they are ego syntonic and believe that what they are doing is right. They become F.B.I agents, policemen and community watchmen who spy inside our groups and disrupting our unity. Min. Farrakhan turned to Scientology to cure some of the severe social problems happening inside N.O.I Mosques. But these social problems were the result of the disruptive methods being used by agents who have infiltrated into the N.O.I Mosques. This same strategy is used across the board within various Black Nationalists and Pan Africanist groups. This is counter intelligence science of psychology being used to destroy any unity or progress or efforts of Black Nationalists to succeed in our visions. And when they can they frame and jail members and leaders falsely to break any dissent. This is all happening as I write this. When a nation, as powerful as the U.S, wants to stop a movement from gaining ground, who also wants to keep it a secret that they oppress minority groups in its borders, will deploy covert methods of questionable morality. No one can dispute me on this unless he or she is a stupid fool or an agent.

Ray Tensing has made, bond.
I was watching a video from DemocracyNow.org, that mentioned this fact in a video, speaking about if the two officers that lied about Ray Tensing, being dragged as to cover for his murder, should be charged and fired.
They mentioned how he made bond, via fund raising.
Abagond, have you ever wrote an article, regarding the phenomenon of white people, backing and funding white racists and white racist cops, that kill unarmed black people? This seems to be a pattern and a constant with white people. You would think they would distance themselves from such a murderous act.
It goes to show, that racist white people, would be outraged if a white person utters, the N word in a public or private setting and distance themselves from that person in public but if a racist white person, commits a racist “act” by way of killing an unarmed black person, they will back and support that white person in “private” via monetary means.
So it comes down to this, a mere word being hurled in public or private, is more devastating to a white person, than a black life being taken by a white racist.

They are killing Blacks because they are trying to terrorize you from abandoning America and going for self. White America’s violence can be shown to always increase as Blacks begin to wake up. Yes, racial riots have always coincided with Black/African progress. Africa is rising and experiencing the greatest economic improvement in modern history. Whites communicate openly their racist fears as seen by the DOJ emails of Ferguson, they communicate their racism at work. They know Africa is rising but most African Americans don’t know it. That was the only reason Whites voted for Obama to give you dead asleep Blacks something, as Obama said, Change you can believe in. You bought it, hook, line and sinker. You turned your eyes away from the world and back unto America. Even now you complain Police are killing you but they have been killing Blackmen for decades. This isn’t some new story, only that mobile media and cell cameras have made everyone into Steven Spielberg. But anyway I digress. Watch the video. Africa is rising. There’s plenty more on youtube. Its the real reason the White Supremacists are terrified because America got super rich off of Africa and now Africa is back in the hands of Africans. No more exploitation. Good point. It’s all about maintaining the fiction of everything that’s associated with blacks as being “bad” – at least until something associated with blacks manages to “cross over” into mainstream white America, where it’s then stripped of its association and whites take over ownership of it, upon which it immediately becomes “good”.
As the “bad guys,” we supposedly have no moral ground upon which to criticize whites, nor are we given permission to be as callous towards them as they are to us.

Freddie Gray had a history of run in is correct, but he was not guilty of anything at the time of his arrest unless running while black is not a sign of being guilty.
In the case of Dubose, Unless the cop had glued himself to the car he was not attached to it. Plus shooting a suspect in a car at point blank because you think he is going to drive off is kind of dumb. Much easier to get license plates.

The innocent don’t run from cops. Why did it run?
If you have your arm in my car, and I drive off, are you going to be injured?
What do you mean? A society where criminals dictate what justice they will allow is definitely a laughingstock! We wouldn’t have a problem with Mexican criminals if they weren’t laughing at our law!

Come to think of it, we wouldn’t have so much crime PERIOD, except criminals think our justice system is a negotiation, and Black thugs “know” that their fellow thugs will punish the city if they don’t get off.
The implicit threat is “Let us off or we’ll riot”…I think that’s a form of extortion, isn’t it?
Where’s the retribution for Ferguson being burnt down TWICE?
Are Blacks being allowed to run rampant in the streets so we’ll BEG for Martial Law? i.e., the Police State you think we already have. I’m ex-Air Force, I’ve BEEN to real Police States, this isn’t!

“The criminal does not get to dictate how they will be arrested.”—He doesn’t but laws and procedures are in place. If cops will not follow them then the consequences ensue.
Even if that model had an orange tip, it is a stretch to claim he purposely pulled it off. Something that is falsehood and you can not prove otherwise. If it was an add on then it is likely because it was not originally put on by those who made it. It also could have just as easily fell off.
“The innocent don’t run from cops. Why did it run?”—He has a name. IF you know anything about fight or flight then you know when fear kicks in people choose to fight or flight. He chose flight. Which is more reasonable than fight. If I am not mistaken running is not illegal.
“If you have your arm in my car, and I drive off, are you going to be injured?”—The police officers had his hand on the car door in an attempt to pull it open. He did not have his arm in the car. If his arm was in the car during drive off the injury is minimal compared to if he had it stuck in it and someone drove off dragging him behind it.
“A society where criminals dictate what justice they will allow is definitely a laughingstock! We wouldn’t have a problem with Mexican criminals if they weren’t laughing at our law!”—The criminals are not dictating the law. Law books and procedures are. Cops aka uniformed criminals are the ones dictating it to suit them at will. What is funny to other societies is we have these laws and procedures on books, but do not follow them. Yet we chastise every country for doing similar.

Dare I say your post above is pure delusions. If what you say is true then jails would not be flooded with criminals period because we would riot to have them all free. Fear of riots would lead them to comply would it not?
Interesting enough I read an article not long ago about how the Justice system has had to release a large amount of “criminals” because they were innocent of said crime. A revelation after several years of prison labor. The real criminal spent those several years free still terrorizing. It all goes back to what I said before.
“I’m ex-Air Force, I’ve BEEN to real Police States, this isn’t!”—We are still fresh in our Police state.
At any rate I tire of this.
Good day 🙂

Update: The trial ended in a hung jury.
