Natalie Cole (1950-2015), who had six number one hits on the US R&B charts just like her father, Nat King Cole, is dead at 65. RIP.
My favourite Natalie Cole songs:
“Our Love” (1977)
“Jump Start” (1987)
“Pink Cadillac” (1988)
“Miss You Like Crazy” (1989)
“Unforgettable” (1991)
Very sad news. I was in disbelief in learning about Natalie Cole’s untimely death. Rest in Peace, Natalie Cole.

Glad to see this memoriam for Natalie Cole.
Could anyone perhaps draft something on Nat King Cole some time in the future? We didn’t have anything on the 50th anniversary of his death in 2015.

This is such a sad start to the New Year. I knew she struggled with drug addiction and had challenges with her health. A couple of years ago, I read she was needing a kidney transplant and I think her son was her donor if I am not mistaken, I thought she was doing okay. I saw on the news she died of congestive heart failure. So sorry to learn of her passing. I thought she had the prettiest eyes.

I would strongly recommend her autobiography
It really allows one to better appreciate the journey she travelled to come back from drug abuse and alcohol to become the amazing success story the world knows today. Her death is a loss to us all.

Feeling very sad now.
I love your music.
I listened to (and tried to sing) your duets, ‘Unforgettable’ and ‘When I fall in Love’ with your father, whom I also love, to my daughter when was a baby. I would be happy sad. Made my heart sore/soar.
‘Miss You Like Crazy’, ‘Unforgettable’ ‘Autumn Leaves’ ‘When I fall in Love’….
I always used to wonder what it was like for you to sing with your father.
Both you and your father are beautiful and unforgettable.
Goodbye, Natalie.

This is her 1st hit song that I loved “I Got Love On My Mind”
she took me to church with this song, she had pipes and hitting those notes were effortless for her
Natalie did not get the recognition she deserved in this life… RIP
