John Coltrane: Blue World

Remarks:

This is the title track of a John Coltrane album that comes out next month (September 2019) – which he recorded at the height of his powers in 1964! He recorded it as the soundtrack for “Le chat dans le sac” (1964), a prize-winning French Canadian film, but the film wound up using only ten minutes of his music – in bits and pieces. The video above, in turn, uses bits and pieces of that film.
