Killed in 2015: 75
Last update: January 5th 2016.
Here is a somewhat complete list of unarmed Black people killed by police in the US in 2015.
As of August, unarmed Black Americans were five times more likely to be killed by police than unarmed White Americans. Unarmed Native Americans too were killed by police at about the same rate as Blacks. Everyone else is killed at a way lower rate, even Latinos.

- May 20th 2015: Markus Clark, 26, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Unknown.
Presumably because the authorities no longer think the police were the cause of death. Markus Clark, for example, was on drugs.
Notice that Sandra Bland does not make the list – because her death is officially counted a suicide. Nor does Andre Green, who was killed August 10th, because a vehicle counts as a “weapon”. Nor, likewise, would Walter Scott or Sam Dubose if there were no video.
Of all Blacks killed by police, 30% were counted as unarmed (those listed above).

R.I.P. to everyone who had the misfortune of “making” it on this list-great updated information to keep in mind, Abagond! I have been long wondering this question: Why is that “Latinos” (Mestizos and the like) are targeted less than Black folks, even though statistics are constantly saying that They are now the “threatening”, growing number of POC in America? Of course, I don’t wish brutality on anyone, but I am seriously curious if anyone else has some probable ideas on why Black folks are still ultimately hunted down and killed more than anyone else??

Interesting how many deaths were caused by taser.
Is that regarded as a deadly weapon? Can one use a taser to kill someone and get it automatically labeled an accident?

Interesting to see that 30% of blacks killed were unarmed but only 18% of whites killed were unarmed. Seems like more than just a random disparity.

White-on-Black killings have become an epidemic. It seems like White cops – in this decade alone – account for more than half of those who are killing innocent Blacks.

Great post. The police force in this country is ran and owned by White supremacists so of course, many cops are intentionally targeting Black and other minorities and murdering them and getting away with it. I swear, George Zimmerman’s acquittal paved the way for such events to become widespread in this country.

Sister, in many ways, your comment was really on point. However, I don’t see other minorities like gays, lesbians and straight White women being targeted by police officers. Let’s STOP including certain groups of minorities in this epidemic of unlawful Black murders.
In America, list of minorities:
1. Black people
2. So-called Mestizos (Brown Latinos)
3. Asian-Americans (people of East, Southeast and South Asian-descent)
4. Native Americans (Alaskan-Inuits included)
5. So-called Polynesians (i.e., Native Hawaiians, Samoans, Tongans, etc.)
6. Women (of any ethnic group)
7. Lesbians (of any ethnic group)
8. Gay men (of any ethnic group)
9. Bisexual men and women (of any ethnic group)
10. Transgenders (of any ethnic group)

I’m not buying it and I’m not interested to the point of not caring
because
1.there are aprox 35 to 40 million african americans (no I didn’t google or wiki – you want the exact figures you do it)
2.the above aprox number is of african americans ,not black africans in this hemisphere, much least the billions total.
3.I;m gonna die ,your gona die,the vicious mean people that kill other people, gonna die too.
4.just like the half black but if you look black your black one drop rule president
I didn’t vote for the first time or the second –
guess who where the first (responders!) to throw up in my face that we have a black president if I even suggested they or america was and is racist – why the same group of white people who just can’t help killing unarmed black people – white police .
5.Because before during and probably after I’m much more likely to be call a n by other black people, even in front of bunches of white people – and with as much hatred a vehemence as um ah oh yeah racist white people.
6.the conservatives are correct and its not just this blog ,I can’t remember the last time I saw a mention anywhere among black people about our rampant violence and hatred against each other.
7.i like how at the height of the street protests about fegson ,I’m in la and the rich well to do busiey blacks and whites where protesting ,but the low income blacks were doing what they always do which is not even discussing the issue much less considerig protesting.
I could go one but I frown on excessively long comments.

you said ” Why do you think that “Latinos/Mestizos are not targeted as much though?I hope someone can attempt to provide me with an adequate answer/hypothesis to this question..”
are you familiar with how a large percentage of Latinos/Mestizos look??
many if not most are indistinguishable from other groups of white people – you know straight hair that varies from jet black to yellow or white – but all have some degree of paleness or lack in degree of epidermal (skin) pigementation (color).

and you join the one that has a history of racism, sexism etc ,hell I regular hear reports of soliders raping and killing other soilders ,abagnd’s even done a post on one or two.
you go thousands of miles from home to fight and kill people you don’t know based probably on lies
you would think maybe such an individual would be able to more effectively defend his her self wouldn’t you – and yeah there have been cases black men killing police who unjustly attacked them and won in court.
but nooo we have to hear again and again how police are killing black people and only hear about black people cause if its a white person – white people are not going to complain or riot (maybe)
maybe its because we have one drop rule black looking president
maybe just like abagond’s post – if it not about sex race and pathology ,it crickets – meaning most people are not interested
“Obama was going to be USED to be the face on a lot of bad things that will make a lot of people hate him and hate black people by default and that using Obama as a LIGHTNING ROD for white rage, fear and frustration would result in a lot more racism and violenct directed at black people.
That is the ONLY REASON he was (s)lected, and no, black people did not elect him. We don’t have enough votes to elect a governor, so it disturbs me that basic math doesn’t figure into people’s wishful thinking. ”
Trojan Pam
And I think Obama is in on it,but try to get him to talk about it you’ll probably have the same amount of luck as getting to talk or care about all the innocent people he’s sign off/authorized to be drone struck ,never mind the discussion of is this the best or only way to fight people who parts of the government have labeled terrorist?

@sharinalr, True-I mean, I have “hispanic” in my own multicultural family background as well but though I believe that to be a part of why they aren’t targeted as much-I suspect that might only be part of why they are harassed a bit less..do you think that there are any other elements as to why this is so?

Now that is something I most certainly need to ponder on. When I think about my husbands own experience with cops it just never dawns on me at times how much he just gets away with. How much of a pass he gets. My husband conceals to carry and each time cops allow him to pull his weapon out, show them, and they never have the shoot first reflex.
Please share you ideas because now I am curious as heck. I want to say they are the new expansion of whiteness seeing as most whites are dying off, but I am a bit at loss of why.

I too am endeavoring to look into the phenomenon of harassment/brutality as it pertains to “hispanics”, so it may take me a moment or two before I can come across with some more substantial evidence why this is happening..Perhaps the crux of it all is that they Do intend to gather Latinos (further) into the “enlargement of whiteness” after all?

“f you don’t mind me asking-do you also hail from a “mixed marriage” and/or multicultural family, too?”—Nah. Both my parents identify as black, but my family heritage is a pretty multicultural one. My grandfather was tri-mixed, but most of his children married black as he did. He identified as black, but was never seen as it by the black or white community. My hubby is Mexican, although he does acknowledge his black heritage and has some black features in my eyes, he is often seen as a Hispanic first.
“Perhaps the crux of it all is that they Do intend to gather Latinos (further) into the “enlargement of whiteness” after all?”—My husband and my brother-in-law were talking about this a few months ago. He said that in Texas the Mexicans were now categorized as white. I did not get the full of the conversation, but I told my husband it was always like that. White Hispanic right? My husband said no it is a different type of categorization. I need to get the details to share, but they are slowly but surely pulling them in.

The victim was spotted running from the scene of a car crash. Hardly a reason to shoot and kill someone. Please let me know if these cops get off scot free.
The Washington Post used interesting terminology “the officer discharged his gun” instead of saying the cop shot and killed the victim.

If their were no Republicans and no corporations the killing would continue unabated.
Unarmed Blacks are killed by the police because the police can.
Everything you think too be true, everything you have read or been taught, from what your parents believed in, to the tenants of your religion as well as the core of your curriculum, needs to be dumped out upon the face of the Earth.
You need to find the courage to jump down that rabbit hole and open your eyes.

Great, are you going to have a similar list of whites killed by ARMED Blacks?
Or a list of frivolous charges against people trying to defend themselves WITHOUT cops?
Personally, I would LOVE for cops to be abolished, BUT people would have to be ready, willing, able…and ALLOWED to defend themselves.
YouTube is full of videos where big thugs are picking on little victims, or multiple thugs attacking one victim. Or more recently, there’s the video of the thug attacking the reporter–and recording it from first-person like a DOOM Mod!
If all HONEST Americans were bulletproof martial-arts masters (Or deadeye pistol marksmen), AND courts NEVER countenanced murder trials for Americans turning the tables on their attackers, then yes, we could get rid of cops entirely and good riddance. But until that happens, we NEED cops to defend us FOR us…and then we can turn on them to show our gratitude! That’s right, we can punish the cops–even fire them and charge them with “murder” of a thug–for doing EXACTLY what we collectively ordered them to do: Keep us safe!
To see what a world without cops would be like, you don’t even have to go to Somalia, Baltimore is a good deal closer. The savages were given “Space To Destroy”, cops were punished and leashed. They make VERY sure now to only come when CALLED…and the criminals are having a FIELD day!

Who could’ve predicted this? What kind of criminal mastermind would think to take advantage of cops’ weakened state?
All sarcasm aside, isn’t it better for COPS to run the streets, rather than CRIMINALS?
And once again, you’re falling into the trap of believing “Unarmed”=”Harmless”
That’s just not true, especially in the case of MULTIPLE ASSAILANTS!

Are you going to make a list of all the cops who were fired for doing their job?
Don’t forget Casebolt, who was fired for pinning a girl to the ground after she attacked the owner of a property she and 200 of her closest friends were trespassing on!
A video floating around even shows two thugs coming to her “rescue”, probably going to manhandle the cop–until he drew on them. The gun–and ONLY the gun–made them keep a respectful distance!

If Abagond made a list of all the cops who were fired “for doing their job”, it probably wouldn’t be enough words for a whole blog post. Nice that you consider football tackling and putting your leg in a little girl’s back by a grown thug in costume “doing their job”. I do not comment here alot, but I read this blog almost daily. Every time I see your type here, I ask myself “Why do they come here???”
Why do they spend every waking moment of their existence trolling Black blogs if they hate us so much? They never offer any facts, (or salient responses for that matter) just ad hominems and rants full of name calling and revisionist history. One would think that for being the “winners” at everything, why would you waste so much of your time trying to convince us lowly negroes???

As to “trolling” blogs like this, I have a better question: Why MAKE blogs like this, where you celebrate the “innocence” of criminals, and wallow in how they are such victims?
If you’re not masochistic, why stay in a country that victimizes you?
Go to Haiti or Somalia, where Blacks took over the country from whites and enjoy a consequence-free country! Or is the violence of Zero Consequence too…”intense”…for you, and you’d rather stay here where it’s safe and bitch about what we have to do to keep the country safe?

I KNOW what ad hominem means.
(of an argument or reaction) directed against a person rather than the position they are maintaining.
My point: “Thug in costume” is an ad-hominem against Casebolt. He was not a thug, he was trying to SUBDUE one. And VASTLY outnumbered, I might add.
“Little girl” is an outright revision!

Thug is a violent CRIMINAL. A trespasser elbowing the owner of the property she’s trespassing on could be called a thug without ad hominem.
And what did those two big “men” think they were going to do? Come to the criminal’s aid? Black thugs White Knighting for a criminal? It sounds like a bad pun, but reality is surreal!

Apparently you do not know what one is. “Thug in costume” is simply name calling or a descriptive term in this case as I pointed out.
Casebolt is not in an argument here or a debate to take a side on an issue in which he has to defend that would result in him being called a name because of his position. Just because you believe him to be otherwise from another does not mean it automatically turned into an ad hominem. For it to be it requires that stack start calling you names. Not Casebolt. I will post a link with the actually definition soon.

Or was this all meant to be a lowbudget LARP of Batman? In which case, Casebolt should’ve just given one of the thugs a Badass Backhand, and it drops like a sack of potatoes, and the other one backs off for no apparent reason. Is your problem that he had to draw his gun to get the thugs to back off?
My problem is that he was fired to prevent the thugs from burning down the city to vent their displeasure, as has happened 3 times, this year alone!

“The thugs were the ones trespassing, and he was there to stop them.”—If you say so. Your random story fails to make your point clear.
“When criminals are afraid of cops, you have justice.
When cops are afraid of criminals, you have terror/anarchy!”—Except it is not the criminals who are afraid of cops. It is average citizens in which they terrorize(some with broken pasts). The actual criminals roam free to do the other part of the terrorizing, making people rely on the criminals in uniforms out of fear of the other criminals. Either way we have a nice police state. 😉

The cop was called to stop trespassers. One of the trespassers elbowed the owner of the property in the FACE. Casebolt wrestled this thug to the ground, putting a knee on its back stops it from getting up, let alone attacking the homeowner again. Two thugs came to “help” the thug. Presumably by laying hands on the cop. He had to draw his gun to get them to back off.

“Is “broken pasts” your euphemism for “Oh, it’s a crime, but not worthy of THAT kind of punishment”?”—No it is not. It means exactly what it looks like. Which is a broken past. Past meaning previous to the current one.
“The actual criminals would not roam free if we were allowed to defend ourselves, but out of fear of guns, we’ve waived that, and put the burden entirely on cops. THEN we punish cops for doing the job we told them to do!”—This is grade A bull. We have the right to bear arms in this country StILL. Some places have stand your ground and some places have self defense laws in place. The cops are not doing their job which is why the actual criminals are still hot on the streets. Cops get more grants and support for arresting for drugs, so they focus on drug arrests. Murders, rapist, etc. are second or last in concern depending on the department.

With murder, unless you have a video of the murder AND a signed confession, the bad guy will probably walk…Oh, and don’t forget, the bad guy can always recant the confession. It was forced, had no idea it was being recorded, etc.
OJ recanted THREE TIMES, then published the fourth as a book, which it charged for!

I will make this my last post as most of your points are just too easily refuted and I like a challenge.
Most self-defense cases do not make the news to put the individuals in any type of light. Zimmerman has shown to be a bad man since his release. Very poor example along side others who went on to live their lives in peace.
“Drugs are the easiest to prosecute, that’s why they get the most attention.”—False and does nothing to address what I said. The war on drugs funds money to counties with high drug arrests. Do research on it. That is why it gets the attention and forefront it does. I am less worried about a drug dealer than I am about a rapist or murder.
Sorry but you did not shorten the story. You completely rewrote it. The pool was a community one on community property. It was not the property of one owner. No one was elbowed in the face. And one of the members of the community attacked another one who attacked back. The young lady who casebolt attacked simply refused to go where he wanted her to go when he wanted her to. You might want to actually read your article. Second time you created a story out of thin air on what it said.

Yes, the party was on COMMUNITY property, but noone in the COMMUNITY had invited the thugs over. They originally gathered in the yard of a homeowner, as they were supposedly there for the daughter of that homeowner, then they decided to go for the pool.
It was not just one article, it was a series. The very last of the series says the thug elbowed someone who was SUPPOSED to be in that community in the face.
A pool IS an Attractive Nuisance, but the pool being in a GATED community negates that!

This party was not authorized at its location, and was not simply a “few black kids in the pool” that supposedly racist residents were upset about.
This was a promoted event, complete with a DJ and promotions person, circulated on Twitter. This was more than a dozen kids in the pool as suggested by the media; rather, the uninvited swelled to number that would pack a 717 to capacity.
The fight was not started by the two adult women; instead, one woman was blindsided by an attack from that party’s own promoter.

How has Zimmerman proven to be a bad man since release? Nothing about the people posting his address? Or the thugs putting a bounty on his head? I would consider those bad behavior, not shooting a thug that jumps you in your own neighborhood, as “Jaclyn” testified.

He also “saved” a family in a truck collision.

“Yes, the party was on COMMUNITY property, but noone in the COMMUNITY had invited the thugs over”—Actually one of the females of the community did. They did not originally gather at her house and the female and her mother came forth to speak on them having a party at the community pool.
“It was not just one article, it was a series. The very last of the series says the thug elbowed someone who was SUPPOSED to be in that community in the face.
A pool IS an Attractive Nuisance, but the pool being in a GATED community negates that!”–If that were true then you would have posted these series of articles. You posted none so I can toss this on the pile of things you make up.
“And no, that was not a double type typo. He has a picture of the REAL Colt.
Then a picture of the TOY Colt.”—Wrong again. He has a picture of what is supposed to be Tamir’s cult and what one looks like with a orange cap.
“This was a promoted event, complete with a DJ and promotions person, circulated on Twitter.”—There is no way you are going to get into a gated community without someone letting you in and being aware you are in their and what is going on. He had to set up equipment. duh. So this whole lie swirl makes little to no sense unless you have no sense.
The article claims that is what happens, but provides for no interviewed individual (anonymous or otherwise) that backs up the idea that the promoter hit someone.
“How has Zimmerman proven to be a bad man since release? “—He has been arrested several times since his release. All on acts of violence. AS to the rest of the babble you wrote, it only side tracks from reality. The they did it too argument is for children and I am an adult.

If someone from the neighborhood authorized it, that person would’ve stepped forward and dismissed the cops. SOMEONE IN THE COMMUNITY CALLED THE COPS!
If it had been an authorized party, they might have even SUED the cops.
The Craig Ranch Homeowners Association told the National Sentinel in a telephone interview that no party for that day was authorized and that any residents are aware of the strict “two guests per card” policy the HOA has regarding pool usage.
I don’t know or care how the DJ and others got in, maybe the “security” was asleep, maybe they just hopped the wall. Maybe they all swarmed in at once, and the security guard was too afraid to interfere? Does that really matter?

One thing has become clear–this was not a quiet party of a few local residents. Many non-residents attended the party, even some looking for physical altercations in the first place.
It looks like some of the attendees had no idea that what they were attending was an unauthorized party, which could have directly led to the events that took place.

According to the McKinney PD, they were dispatched to the area after a clash between resident pool goers and non-resident party attendees boiled over. After enduring several hours of loud music which included profanity, residents began complaining to the development’s on-call security. When the unauthorized party attendees refused to leave, several residents became agitated and began to argue with party-goers.
The Craig Ranch Homeowners Association told the National Sentinel in a telephone interview that no party for that day was authorized and that any residents are aware of the strict “two guests per card” policy the HOA has regarding pool usage.
Any public areas of the HOA much first be reserved for parties. In addtion to that policy, the on-call security personnel asked the guests in excess of the policty along with any uninvited guests to leave the premises. In this case, only after those requests were ignored were police involved.
Sounds like the security was just overwhelmed, when the “two guests per card” policy was ignored and they were up against a couple hundred thugs?

In a COMMUNITY, you’re not free to invite people over at YOUR whim, you have to get the COMMUNITY to agree.
There are additionally 3 stories about the McKinney party FROM THE PARTYGOERS.
Was it a birthday party for one of the residents?
Was it an end-of-school party?
Was it a pool-party, i.e., the thugs always intended to “somehow” end up at the pool all along?
Part IV is about McKinney putting down the thug who wouldn’t obey after 10 repetition of an order, then getting “approached” from behind by the two thugs.
He drew his gun to make them back off.

“You ARE clear on where you stand, but what evidence do you have that contradicts the National Sentinel version?”–For starters I don’t need a source to be clear on where I stand, but since you asked try every source that is not the National Sentinel. Just because you like them and agree with them does not mean they are fact speaking.

I think most are enjoying your posts on Africa! I believe we would also enjoy (and benefit) from a post on African-African American relations.
At the very least it could open up some dialogue between the two groups about the issues/concerns (real or imagined) that may exist amongst the family. Promote more reconciliation and understanding. Please. We are over due.
You could write a little something just to get us started in this direction. It may wind up being one of your longest (and most constructive) threads. 🙂

Mr. Abagond: I ask because Abidaje was a Nigerian-American. (There is video of him being tortured online.) A lot of “African-African-Americans” I know
Seem a bit clueless on subjects of race. They seem too think that if they dress right, act right and go to school that they will somehow be seen differently from the rest–that they are not like the other Blacks who were born here in some way, then things like this happen. My feeling is that we’re all in the same boat. I agree with Fan, your posts on Africa have been legit.

The number of unarmed Black Americans killed by police so far this year has dropped from 64 to 62:
The two removed from the list:
#49. June 20th 2015: Kevin Bajoie, 32, Baton Rouge, LA, Taser.
Authorities now say he died not from being tased but from drugs:

He was on some unknown drug at the time of death. Maybe that is now the official cause of death, but googling his autopsy or any recent news on him brings up nothing. He was the only one the list whose cause of death was listed as “Unknown”. Perhaps the Guardian removed him from their list for that reason.

The said part about this is the mistrust between the Black American community and the Police is nothing new. Even fucking Hollywood acknowledged these circumstances years before the real News Media even mentions it. They put this pathology in one of their mainstream big hit movies “Lethal Weapon”. I’m watching IFC and they have Lethal Weapon on. These little black kids that witnessed a murder are being questioned by the Police. Even a black cop (Danny Glover) asking for their cooperation on what they saw draws immediate mistrust from 6 year olds. “Don’t say anything are they will take you to jail,” “The police only shoot black people” Coming from 6 year old children in 1987..

Why those young people try to flee from police officers is beyond my comprehension. It’s almost a death sentence inflicted upon themselves.
When I was a kid I, and my friends, we knew following: never flee from a dog. After you begin to run, you excite the dog and after that it will begin to run to bite you! It’s that simple!
Even if the guy felt guilt of something, surely that would, at most, put him in jail for a while, not in a coffin.
For God sake, young Black Americans: do not run from police, never!

Hip Hop mentioned that Black women choose not to date out. That might be true for some but as Abagond mentioned some place white men don’t like the idea of fathering Black children so many choose to date Hispanic or Asian if they are going to date out.
As women go they have far stronger maternal instincts then men. That might over ride some colorism. (I’m speculating) White women have far more privilages and protections then Black women and that gives them more liberty to date out.
I don’t have any statistics to point to but I suspect their are more single professional Black women out their then any other group. I don’t think that’s always a choice on their part but rather reflective of how white supremecy within society excludes Black women on a number of different societal levels.

Re: DASH CAMS in the Chicago Police Department
excerpt:
“Last month the CPD found that 80 percent of its 850 dash cams do not record audio, and 12 percent don’t record video either. The CPD has blamed the failures on “operator error or in some cases intentional destruction,” and a close reading of that review by DNAinfo Chicago reveals the extent of the latter. Officers frequently tampered with dash cams, stashing microphones in their glove boxes or pulling out batteries. Some dash cams were found with their antennae deliberately destroyed, and others had had their microphones removed altogether.
DNAinfo also describes a months-long repair time for dash cams that experienced “intentional destruction.” For example: Jason Van Dyke, the officer who shot and killed McDonald and has been charged with first-degree murder, brought in his dash cam in early 2014 to have a wiring problem fixed, and got it back three months later, on June 17. The very next day, the dash cam was broken again. This time it took until October 8 to fix what appeared to be intentional damage. Less than two weeks later, his dash-cam footage of the McDonald shooting (which differs from the viral video we all saw) had no sound. Police records show that the microphones in his car had never been synced up to the camera.”

The Chicago police department operates an off-the-books interrogation compound, rendering Americans unable to be found by family or attorneys while locked inside what lawyers say is the domestic equivalent of a CIA black site.
The facility, a nondescript warehouse on Chicago’s west side known as Homan Square, has long been the scene of secretive work by special police units. Interviews with local attorneys and one protester who spent the better part of a day shackled in Homan Square describe operations that deny access to basic constitutional rights.
Alleged police practices at Homan Square, according to those familiar with the facility who spoke out to the Guardian after its investigation into Chicago police abuse, include:
Keeping arrestees out of official booking databases.
Beating by police, resulting in head wounds.
Shackling for prolonged periods.
Denying attorneys access to the “secure” facility.
Holding people without legal counsel for between 12 and 24 hours,
At least one man was found unresponsive in a Homan Square “interview room” and later pronounced dead.

No one here will like what I have to say, but if we are not always honest and truthful, digging for facts without emotion – where are we as a society? When emotion is the sole deciding factor for decisions and actions, we can no longer function as a civilized society, and death of that fragile society IS eminent. When a list like this is posted on the internet, and labeled so as to insinuate blacks are gunned-down, or haphazardly killed by police just for being black is somewhat self-serving, and at the least, disingenuous/untruthful.
I would gather, because of lists such as this one, that being black is EXHAUSTING! If every single day of my life, I had to find reasons of oppression and suffering at the hand of the Whiteman, in a futile attempt to feel some notion of self-worth… well, that is nothing but insane.
I decided to check-into the names listed here, and from investigating the first 15 names, it is clear that this list’s intention is to deceive and to cause further animosity against law enforcement, and frankly, against the Whiteman in general …nothing else. Furthermore, I would say the black demographic IS remiss to not realize this one crucial fact: Fighting law enforcement is deadly, and rightly so. Where would we be as a civilized society if lawlessness and criminality were ALLOWED to run amuck, un-tethered in every single city/town across America – every city/town would resemble the gang infested destroyed cities of Detroit, Chicago, StLouis, Baltimore as examples. The Whiteman knows this simple fact – criminality is WRONG and destructive, fighting law enforcement will get you killed … why doesn’t the blackman realize this?
The following synopsis of events is the result of a simple Google search of those first 15 names. The only one I can see which may have been an excessive use of force (taser) would be number 1 on the list (however, only after he assaulted, and un-dauntingly fought police). Otherwise, you will see none have been gunned-down, or hunted, murdered for being black. They were all either fighting police, or put police and/or others in danger – and in every single instance, these 15 on the list have caused their own death …nothing else. I would imagine the remainder of the list (#’s 16-75) will show equal results.
1. January 1, 2015 Savannah, GA – Matt Ajibade, a 22
911 call from girlfriend describing “a manic episode” domestic violence. While being booked, he became aggressive with police and an officer was struck by Ajibade during the altercation according to the sheriff’s office. The policewoman suffered a broken nose and a concussion in the incident.

The Allegheny County Jail’s health provider, says that inmate died of a seizure disorder while in custody was being given all the medications he said he needed. Reports show he began going into convulsions inside his cell 90 minutes earlier. The Medical Examiner ruled this week that Smart died of a seizure disorder, but that the manner of death remains undetermined. (case under investigation).
3. January 6th 2015: Brian Pickett, 26, Los Angeles, CA, Taser.
26-year-old man who was shocked with a Taser during a confrontation with deputies has died. Soon after being shocked by a deputy’s Taser, Pickett stopped breathing and was taken to an area hospital, he was pronounced dead. Pickett’s mother had called deputies to report that her son was under the influence and that he had threatened her life. Deputies approached Pickett. Pickett’s mother said he was refusing to leave. Pickett become “agitated and hostile” when he saw deputies and charged at them.
A deputy used his Taser to subdue Pickett, who was then handcuffed.
Paramedics arrived at the scene to remove the Taser darts and he stopped breathing.
4. January 7th 2015: Andre Murphy Sr, 42, Norfolk, NE, Death in custody.
A toxicology report shows he had high levels of several illegal drugs in his system. A grand jury found the cause of death to be accidental. Murphy had high concentrations of methamphetamine, marijuana and K-2 in his system and he showed the symptoms.“Excitation, delirious hallucinations, hypothermia, a bunch of things, a manic state, essentially,”
The two officers involved have been exonerated from any charges by the grand jury. Murphy had checked in to the Motel about 3 AM and had multiple conversations with motel staff before the incident that involved police. evidence presented to the grand jury included records from Hospital, EMTs and a “tremendous amount” of video. He says virtually every second of Murphy’s contact with police was recorded. There were numerous audio recordings because the Police Department has car cameras and a mic system which ties into 911 or to their dispatch center and they have a microphone which ties in to the car camera which is on the officer, usually on a belt someplace.” the grand jury, that police action had nothing to do with Murhpy’s death.

I challenge everyone reading this biased, racist infused list to search and find the truth yourselves. To believe racism is rampant in America is disingenuous and destructive. The Communist’s realization of this is now playing out right under our noses. The Marxist gameplan is to do exactly what blacks are doing to themselves right now. Do we really want cameras all over the place? Do we really think lying to ourselves about black behavior is for the better? Do we really believe the black demographic is innocent in all of this?

I take it this Grimm Tale person is someone who thinks black people are whiners and always playing the victim card as many of the dominant culture like to tout. I suppose he believes we live in a post racial society and that all lives matter. His response is the typical one from the dominant culture.

.
Here’s how I see WHY they (deliberately) leave out the rest.
To put YOU on the defensive, to make YOU do the work to disprove their lies, to persistently exhaust YOU. There’s an inexhaustible supply of lying racist white people waiting in the wings to drop in to make counter-claims to their racism-white supremacy in an attempt to keep YOU continually in defense mode, off balance and on your heels.
But of course (LOL) I could be wrong!

People like Grimm will make a long explanation for why things are the way they are without addressing WHY Black people are more likely to be shot or tasered by Police officers. Of course the reason why is because black people are just criminals when in a lot of instances are innocent people being killed!

We don’t live in a civilized society. Lawlessness and criminality are allowed to run amuck across America. The scofflaws and criminals are the:
1. Police who murder innocents with impunity.
2. Bankers who steal with impunity.
3. Toxic White men who shoot groups of people every month with near impunity.
4. Media outlets who lie with impunity.
That’s just the short list Grimm Tale…
There are none so blind that will not see what is in front of them.

No one here will like what I have to say
I do, I think it is comical!
if we are not always honest and truthful, digging for facts without emotion
Who’s doing that?
If every single day of my life, I had to find reasons of oppression and suffering at the hand of the Whiteman, in a futile attempt to feel some notion of self-worth… well, that is nothing but insane.</em.
If every single day of my life I had to read white supremacist delusions, I would have less to chuckle over! Don’t flatter yourself on thinking that being recipients of white supremacy brings self-worth to people, that is insane. It is you who need to oppress, denigrate and abuse Black people on a daily basis who is in need of self-worth. Let it go. You already have enough power, I am not going to empower you further by boohooing over your pronouncements as you are par for the racist course. The only thing you are good for is being the butt of jokes otherwise you are an oxygen thief.
it is clear that this list’s intention is to deceive and to cause further animosity against law enforcement, and frankly, against the Whiteman in general …nothing else.
It is clear you are paranoid. We don’t need ‘list’ to have animosity against the ‘whiteman’. The ‘whiteman’ does a bang up job of this already.
I challenge everyone reading this biased, racist infused list to search and find the truth yourselves.
Unlike you, most of us are gainfully employed, have a life, and do not reside in our mother’s basement.

I agree with your father and I’m sure many other people do as well however american police seem to have a policy that only values police officers lives.
Also its a part of top level policy ,for instance the riots in feuguson which sparked the BLM protests could easliy been prevented or reduced if the chief of police would have just said that they regret killing any human being ,they didn’t even have to refer to race; but no ,no ploice chief anywhere in america has even tried to say this.
Thier silence speaks volumes about thier concern for human life.

According to the Guardian, the 2015 statistics they compiled show that Blacks are nine times more likely to be shot dead by the police then any other group. Abagond’s post above states that Blacks are five times as likely but that figure indicates Blacks that are unarmed.
The county with the most police shootings in the U.S. was Kern county in the liberal state of California. Kern county is about an hours drive north of Los Angeles. (cops kill 1.5 people per 100,000 residents, 13 people shot dead in 2015)
Kern county has a low Black population (less then six%) and is roughly half white and half Hispanic. It also has a murder rate 75% higher then the national average though two other counties in California, Monterey and Alameda have greater murder rates. The reason I’m bringing this up is that the media is fixated on Black on Black crime and talk about Chicago but ignore places like Kern county.
http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2015/12/the-deadliest-county-for-police-killings-in-america/418359/
This PDF breaks down the crime stats for California and looks at the effect of three strike laws. It clearly shows over representation of Blacks and Hispanics.
When you look at Kern county with its low Black population what jumped out at me was that Kern county had the highest rate of Black three strikers of any other county in the State. That indicates to me an atmosphere similar to Ferguson, over policing, where the same citizens are constantly being arrested and harassed.

Thanks for posting that link.
Though convicted, “Mr. Volunteer” will likely face no serious consequences for his actions. I noticed in the article, they were still trying to posthumously convict the murdered man. Par for the course. Even this photo speaks volumes: (a casual observer would not know who the criminal was in this case)
