This song went to #7 on the American R&B charts in 1980. “Forget Me Nots” (1982) and “Feels So Real (Won’t Let Go)” (1984) did better, but I like this one best.

Awww…I love this song. Another classic fave is “Remind Me.” Too bad I’m the only one posting in this. R&B was great during the time she was getting alot of play on the radio. “Forget Me Nots” was sampled in George Michael’s “Fastlove.”

At last!!! A musical artist choice I can agree with you on Abagond.

Definitely one of my favorite artists of the time and so talented. In my view of course “Feels so real” is the better tune you should have featured here. Take another listen…

Zhane also sampled this song on their 1994 hit “Groove Thang”.
